HOW TO MAKE MANGO JALAPENO PRESERVE STUFFED FRENCH TOAST

  1. First, in a mixing bowl add milk, custard powder, sugar, cinnamon powder, vanilla extract, black salt and whisk well so that no lumps are formed.
  2. Then take a slice of bread and dip it in for a few seconds so that the whole slice soaks it.
  3. Grease a pan with butter and toast or shallow fry the soaked bread on both sides until it is golden brown.
  4. Then when it cools down a bit, spread a thick layer of Mango Jalapeno Preserve filling on one side of half of the french toast. Top with the second piece of french toast, forming a sandwich with filling in the middle.
