Oats Cluster Breakfast Parfait

Breakfast parfaits are one of my favourite on-the-go breakfast items. They are so easy to make and takes no effort at all. I love me some thick Greek yoghurt and that is the only main ingredient you need to make this beautiful healthy breakfast. I love to top it with fresh fruits, sometimes nuts. I then drizzle some honey and sprinkle some cinnamon. I suggest you eat it right then instead of storing it as it might sog the clusters and flakes.

For this parfait, I used these amazing Monsoon Harvest Cinnamon Oats Clusters and Multigrain Flakes with Apple which are refined sugar-free and very healthy. I either simply eat it with milk or to make it healthier by making greek yoghurt parfait out of it. All their breakfast items are so unique, healthy and tasty that I’ve been eating them pretty much every day.

Oats Cluster Breakfast Parfait Recipe

INGREDIENTS

HOW TO MAKE OATS CLUSTER BREAKFAST PARFAIT

  1. First, in a glass jar, add greek yoghurt, vanilla extract. Mix and form a thick layer at the bottom.
  2. Then add a layer of Monsoon Harvest Cinnamon Oats Clusters and Multigrain Flakes with Apple.
  3. Following it again a layer of greek yoghurt and oat clusters.
  4. Then finally, top it with fresh fruit like chopped apples, cinnamon and drizzle some honey.
