Rasmalai Frech Toast filled with Kesar Rabdi

I’m a big-time rasmalai and french toast lover. And one day when I came up with this idea of rasmalai flavoured french toast I knew I had to make them taste as close to rasmalai as possible and therefore I filled them with fresh homemade kesar rabdi. I’m happy to say that it turned out so well and delicious that I’ve made them at least 4-5 times in a past two weeks.

This is a perfect small sweet serving snack for the guests on any festival especially Diwali. These can be made in huge batches in advance and stored in the fridge as they’re served cold. It is definitely a favourite amongst kids and adults like.

Additionally, If you like this Rasmalai Frech Toast filled with Kesar Rabdi recipe, I am happy to let you know that I have many other festive dessert recipes on my blog. Some of my favourites are Homemade Jalebi, Sugar-free Dates Barfi, Coconut Laddus. Also, if you make any of my recipes, I’d love to see your beautiful creations.
